4th Edition Launch event, November 2025
The 4th edition of the directory was launched showcasing a record number of 45 sustainable food venues on the 16th November in Five March, one of the member venues. The fully booked event showcased some amazing food made by a handful of the directory members and some sustainable suppliers. You can read more about the event HERE.
Training Event, May 2025
In May 2025 we hosted a training session for those working in Glasgow’s hospitality venues and food retailers with presentations from Dear Green Coffee, Zero Waste Scotland, The Poverty Alliance, The Fraser of Allander Institute, and a screening of the Open Seas documentary on dived scallop fishing, The Orkney Dive.
