You can apply to be a part of the 4th edition of the Glasgow Sustainable Food Directory until 5pm on the 30th May 2025. Information on how to apply here.

The aim of the directory is to showcase the most sustainable food shops and places to eat in the city via an interactive map or an easily downloadable directory:

The Glasgow Sustainable Food Directory Team have also created a sustainability toolkit with resources which can help businesses on their journey to becoming more sustainable. Check out the March 2025 version here.

In May 2025 we hosted a training session for those working in Glasgow’s hospitality venues and food retailers with presentations from Dear Green Coffee, Zero Waste Scotland, The Poverty Alliance, The Fraser of Allander Institute, and a screening of the Open Seas documentary on dived scallop fishing, The Orkney Dive.
