GFPP and Slow Food Glasgow teamed up to develop Glasgow’s First ever Sustainable Food Directory ahead of COP26!
The directory lists some of the most sustainable restaurants, cafes and food shops in Glasgow. The online directory includes a map and provides details on the types of food each place offers, their key sustainability points along with an easily downloadable guide for offline use. We hope to build on this work next year to include more food places (as we realise it’s not complete list of sustainable places out there) and an accreditation/award structure in the future…
